Everything you need all within the holiday park At Walshs,
we believe your stay should be as comfortable and fun-filled as possible. That’s why we’ve packed our park with everything you need to relax, unwind, and enjoy a great time with family and friends. From our much loved Gold Coast Amusement Arcade to enjoying a refreshing beer or cold glass of wine in the local pub, just two minutes from the park. There is even a well stocked shop directly opposite the site entrance.
For those who want to keep the kids entertained, our playground and kids’ areas are the perfect spot for them to burn off some energy while you sit back and enjoy the peace.
And let’s not forget about The Conservatory, where you’ll find the best fish and chips in Skegness from ‘New cod on the Block’ – fresh, crispy and served with a smile!
Need to do some laundry or stay connected? No problem!
We’ve got a convenient Launderette and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the park to keep you covered.

The conservatory is our on-site chippy and take-away restaurant.
You can enjoy the very best fish and chips in Skegness alongside daily specials, all day breakfast and possibly the best Sunday lunch in town!

Our fabulous amusements arcade is another area which is a hit with both big and small kids alike!
Tokens can be won which can then be exchanged for sweets or toys in the kiosk.
There really is something for everyone, so if you’ve got a bit of time to spare, why not come on down and have some fun!
We kindly request that all children under the age of 16 have a parent or guardian present on the park at all times.
The Laundrette

Walsh’s has an on-site laundrette, centrally located. The Laundrette room is equipped with washing machines and dryers, irons can be rented from reception.
All of the washing machines are token operated, the dryers use single £1 coins. Wash tokens must first be obtained form reception at the front of the park.
Park Rules & Policies
For owners of caravans (and their Visitors)
These rules are part of the Caravan Owner’s Annual Site Licence and therefore affect their right to site their caravan on this Park.
Site Licence
All occupiers must comply with the conditions attached to the council site licence, which are on display in the office.
Overcrowding
The number of occupiers in each caravan at any one time is restricted to the number for which the caravan was designed.
The Season
The Park is open for overnight occupation from 8am on the day of opening mid March to 4p.m on the day of closing mid November. These dates may be subject to change.
All quiet After 11pm.
Visitors
Owners are responsible for all the occupants
of their caravan.
Visitors must call at the office before entering the Park. The Park is private property and we reserve the right to refuse access.
It is the responsibility of the owner who rents their caravan out to ensure that it is checked and cleaned before each new client arrives. It is not sufficient to rely on the visitors to leave the caravan as they
found it.
Site Accessibility Features

Walshes caravan park offers accessible features such as dedicated accessible caravans with low-level fittings,
wet rooms, and ramped access to caravans with dedicated parking. The park’s facilities, including the conservatory, laundrette, and other buildings, are described as being centrally located and easily accessible. Accessible Caravan Features include:
• Ramped Access: Ramped access is provided for some caravans to allow easier entry for wheelchair users.
• Wider Doorways: Caravans are equipped with wider doorways for improved maneuverability.
• Low-Level Fittings: Kitchen worktops and cooker units are designed at a lower height to be accessible for wheelchair users.
• Wet Rooms: Fully adapted wet rooms are available, providing accessible bathing facilities.
• Dedicated Parking: Allocated parking spaces are provided near the accessible caravans.
